Slow Down Yourself before Deadline

Sometimes I will particularly be agitated especially there is too much homework to do. In past, I would force myself into the zone whether I am at the right moment or not. So I can finish all of the stuff as soon as possible, and turned all of them in with an exhausted status. However, not only the score cant be well in this situation, but also the anxiety will stay for awhile.
 
So, how to light up yourself, to be prepared for the mess that in front of you?
The first thing you should do is slowing down the time. Yes, the deadline is coming up, and everything just starts over, the most significant thing is to adjust the feeling, to smooth the anxiety.
 
It might sound crazy, but cleaning is the easiest way to warm up. Cleaning up the desk is easy and save time, can bring you to the light life in very short time. Just like classifying the textbooks and papers or dropping all the trash on the desk, like some useful papers or cards.
   
 
Smoothing the quilt or blanket, which will cost one minute, but is the best way to make your room looks clean and tidy, especially to a small room like students apartment.
Because the bed takes up half of the room, is kind of the biggest part of a single room. It doesnt need to fold the quilt, the only thing you can do is spread it out.  
 
Third, put away the phone as far as possible. Various social media are like designed to disturb us. The mind is busy enough before the test or big day, what we should do is focus on our notebook! If connecting the network is necessary, use the laptop. Because we are more likely to check our messages from social media by cell phone, there is less information that relates to you. Learning materials should be displayed on the laptop, not the cell phone.
