A Bite of Spring

This year must be the most beautiful spring I have experience ever, the little town is blooming, with gentle zephyr. The temperature is not too high but warm enough for a colorful dress. Spring is like the age of youth, short, but memorable, fulling of delightful adjectives.

Today, I will show you three desserts to taste spring and try to lock the memory of your own spring.

First, grass jelly with pear nectar. Heating the grass jelly powder with boiled water, one powder needs three times water, then wait or keep it in the refrigerator until it becomes a jelly-like shape.
Pear honey can be easily done by mixing honey with flowers of pear. But the flower should be removed the stamen, or directly picked up the petal from the grass, and putting washed petals into the boiled water no longer than 10 seconds.

The flowers of pear three are the most beautiful flowers of the world, like peach blossoms and Sakura (cherry blossom), all of them born in spring and create a beauty of poetic imagery. We made them into something can be tasted, just like a vain way to chase the past time, thats why spring in ancient oriental civilization always represents the sadness.

Second, the springtime is the season that makes people sleepy, at this time, it will be great to do something colorful to awake our attention. Choosing some tropical fruits like pawpaw, mango, which wears delightful colors. And opening the mind to make them into some strange shapes.

The last one I recommend is lemon enzyme vinegar. Using salt to clean the skin of lemons, and cut them into pieces after drying. A layer of rock sugar, and a layer of lemon pieces, then pouring the vinegar. Deflating it every day. After a half of month, it will be ready to drink with a bottle of water.
